How It All Works
From scheduling your pickup to freshly folded delivery, we’ve streamlined the process so you can spend less time on laundry and more time doing what you love. Simple, reliable, and designed to make your life easier—that’s the Lotta’s way.
Schedule Your Pickup
Choose any day Monday through Saturday for your laundry pickup. Your driver is available during two convenient windows: 8AM-11AM and 2PM-5PM.
- Add any specific instructions or preferences for your laundry.
- Your delivery date will automatically be set to the same window two days later (unless choosing next-day).
- Confirm your order and wait for updates from our team every step of the way.
- Once the driver is on their route, you’ll receive a text with a more accurate ETA.
Prepare Your Laundry
Getting ready for pickup is simple and flexible.
- Have your items ready in a hamper, bag, or whatever works best for you! Laundry Loop subscribers will be provided with Lotta's Laundry bags after their first order.
- Choose a convenient spot for pickup, like your porch, doorstep, or building reception.
Processing
When your laundry arrives, we carefully inspect it.
- All pockets are checked to ensure nothing ends up in the wash that shouldn’t.
- Items are weighed while dry to calculate your total (or after cleaning if they were wet during pickup).
- We treat your laundry with the care it deserves, separating lights and darks to keep your clothes looking their best.
- Tough stains? No problem. We treat them with all-natural stain removers and laundry boosters to ensure your clothes come back spotless without the use of harsh chemicals.
Professional Cleaning
Your clothes are cleaned according to your preferences.
- To preserve the quality of your clothes, we wash using cold water by default (unless otherwise requested), which also saves energy and reduces our environmental footprint.
- We use eco-friendly, hypoallergenic detergents that are gentle on your skin and safe for the planet.
- Your laundry preferences matter—whether you need fragrance-free options or have special care instructions, we customize every load to fit your needs.
- Once cleaned, your items are lint rolled to a fault and crisply folded with care (even fitted sheets are perfectly tucked) Everything is prepared to be worn or put away as soon as it’s delivered!
Order Tracking
Stay in the loop with our tracking system.
- You’ll receive live updates on the status of your order, from processing to delivery.
- Need to reschedule your delivery or change the time? No problem—it’s quick and easy to adjust.
Delivery
Fresh, clean clothes are delivered straight to your door with a love note attached.
- Once your laundry is ready, we’ll notify you with a text update and provide a delivery window so you know exactly when to expect it.
- Deliveries are available Monday through Saturday during two convenient windows: 8AM-11AM and 2PM-5PM.
- No need to be home. Your driver will carefully leave your items in your designated spot and send you a real-time photo confirmation of delivery for peace of mind.
