Free Re-Cleans If You’re Not Thrilled
Not feeling the sparkle? No problem. If your laundry doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll re-clean it for free. Just let us know within five (5) business days of delivery, and we’ll make it right—because we’re not happy unless you’re happy.
Lost or Damaged Item Support
While we handle your items with care, life happens (rarely, but it does). If an item is lost or damaged, we’ll reimburse you based on its value: Reimbursement is capped at the total value of your order for Wash, Dry, and Fold or Hang-Dry services. Claims must be submitted within five (5) business days of delivery, with proof of value (and maybe a dramatic story about how much you loved that shirt).

We keep things transparent—always. You’ll know the cost of services upfront, with zero hidden fees. If we notice something unusual with your items (like a surprise stain or delicate material), we’ll give you a heads-up before proceeding.
What’s Not Covered
Even superheroes have limits. While we do our best to treat every item like royalty, there are some things we just can’t control:
Natural Wear and Tear
Fabrics that shrink, fade, or show their age.
Specialty Items: Delicate garments processed at your own risk.
Unintended Contents: Damage caused by rogue items left in pockets (we’re looking at you, pens and AirPods).
