Pickup and delivery both run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 10AM–3PM. Once your driver is on the way you'll get a text with a more accurate ETA.
There's a $7.99 pickup and delivery fee on one-time orders. Standard subscribers get free delivery on every order.
Absolutely. Just designate a spot porch, doorstep, building reception, and your driver will leave your laundry there and send a real-time photo confirmation so you know it's there.
