Create your account using the link in the navigation bar, set your preferences, and pick your first pickup day — Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. Pickups run 10AM–3PM and you'll get a text with a more accurate ETA once your driver is on the way.
You leave your bag out at your designated spot — porch, doorstep, building reception, whatever works. We pick it up, check all pockets, weigh everything, sort by color, and wash to your preferences. Two days later it's back at your door, folded and ready to go.
Nope. Use whatever you have — a hamper, laundry bag, anything works. If you don't have your own bag, your laundry will come back in one of our signature weatherproof Lotta's Bags ($8.50) designed to keep your clothes clean, dry, and protected — and they're reusable!
Set them in your account when you sign up — detergent type, hang dry, whether you want things returned folded or on hangers, special care instructions, all of it. We save them and use them every single order. You only have to tell us once.
48 hours. Pickup on Monday means delivery Wednesday. Pickup Wednesday means delivery Friday. Pickup Friday means delivery Monday.
A card is kept on file through your account. When you schedule a pickup a small hold is placed on it. Once your laundry is picked up and weighed, the hold is released and your card is charged the actual amount — $3.25/lb for one-time orders plus a $4 service charge and $7.99 pickup and delivery fee. No surprises.
